2018-2019 Student Break Bus Trips
For the 19th year, we are excited to be able to offer student charter bus transportation between State College and the DC metro area.
The student charter buses, sponsored by the Metro Washington, DC Chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association, provides safe, reliable, and economic transportation for students traveling between State College and the Washington, DC metro area over holiday and semester breaks. Pick up/drop off is at Walter Johnson High School in Bethesda, MD. The trip between State College and Washington, DC usually takes about 4 hours, but keep in mind that travel times may vary with weather and/or traffic issues.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
To make reservations please visit our website at www.psuwashdc.org and click on the link that says “2018/2019 Student Bus Trips.” From there, you will be able to select the exact trips that you would like to book. We will have these links on our website approximately two months in advance.
A few items of importance:
The website allows you to select multiple trips in your cart and pay in a single transaction via credit card. If you need another option for payment, please contact us at info.psuwashdc.org.
The sign up period will close five days prior to the trip.
Please include the student and parent(s) names, email address and phone number(s) in the comment box.
Seats will be available on a first come, first served basis as determined by the date of payment. If necessary, a waiting list will be available.
The email confirmation you recieve when purchasing will serve as your ticket to get on the bus.
CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS
Please remember that we make decisions, sign contracts, and send payments based on the number of committed riders. Cancellations will result in a refund of 50% of the cost of the trip.
